At Kuraj Fashion, we want you to be absolutely mesmerized by your acquisition. However, we understand that true luxury means having the freedom to change your mind. Our return policy is designed to be as effortless and accommodating as our purchasing process.
The 14-Day Evaluation Period
We gladly accept returns of any unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be in its original, pristine condition, with all bespoke packaging, authenticity cards, and Kuraj security tags perfectly intact. Items returned without their security tags will be rejected.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, simply log into your Kuraj account or contact our dedicated Support Concierge. We will immediately issue a complimentary, fully insured return shipping label and arrange for a courier to collect the package from your residence at a time of your choosing.
Inspection and Refund Processing
Upon arrival at our facility, the item will undergo a strict condition audit by our quality control specialists. Once approved, your refund will be processed immediately to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
